Introduction
The main difference between the horizontal lathe and the saddle lathe is that the saddle lathe has a detachable saddle bed that expands the range of machining diameters and is well suited for the machining of disc parts and deformed parts.
It has fixed center spindle along with that standard accessories of full length splash guard. There are different Admit Between Center according to the different E series model and so the swing over bed varies respectively.
Product Application
The CW-E series of lathe machine can handle a variety of turning work, mainly used for turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces and other parts with rotating surfaces. Product Feature
◆ Spindle head
The spindle head of the machine is available in C11 and D11 versions.
Normally, a C11 spindle is provided. D11 spindles are available for both inch and special order machines.
◆ Main motor power
The main motor of this series has a power of 11kW (special order is 15kW).
◆ Spindle structure with multiple spindle apertures
This series of machine tools can provide a variety of spindle aperture spindle structure, the spindle aperture is 100mm, 105mm, 130mm three.
◆ Structure of the slipper box
The slide box of the machine tool is equipped with a fast moving device, an overload safety device, and a vertical and horizontal cross handle handle opening and closing nut handle.
◆ Lubrication system
The headstock and feed box of the machine tool are lubricated by oil pump shower.
