Hypocor-H5 work in body
Hypocor-H5 combines Ramipril (5 mg) and Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg) to effectively manage hypertension. Ramipril, an ACE inhibitor, blocks the conversion of angiotensin I to angiotensin II, leading to vasodilation and reduced blood pressure. Hydrochlorothiazide, a thiazide diuretic, inhibits the sodium-chloride symporter in the distal convoluted tubule, promoting sodium and water excretion, which decreases blood volume and further lowers blood pressure. Together, these actions help maintain optimal blood pressure levels.
