When I try to send a picture, hangouts is not one of the options (text message, email, etc. are all options)

When I try to send a picture, hangouts is not one of the options (text message, email, etc. are all options). So I have to open hangouts, open the message and send the picture from there.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

When I try to send a picture, hangouts is not one of the options (text message, email, etc. are all options)
